Twin Elm Gardens was founded in 2008 by Luke Wojcik and is located just outside of Pulaski, Wisconsin on his family’s Christmas tree farm. Currently we have a little over three acres in production with much room to grow in the future. Luke, his wife Melissa, and their son Henry live on the farm together. Luke graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2010 with a degree in Horticulture and an emphasis in Business Management. His wife Melissa also graduated in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Biology Education and is middle school teacher at Bay View Middle School. They have an awesome dog, Tobshu, who oversees everything happening on the farm.
At Twin Elm Gardens you will find multiple compost piles scattered around the property, high quality organic fertilizer for the farm provided by earthworm castings, a flock of free-range chickens, pasture-raised meat chickens, and a wide assortment of in-season fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition to our field production we have two greenhouses which allow us to extend our season into the winter months, making fresh food available year round. We also specialize in growing specialty greens such as sunflower spouts, pea shoots, and micro-sprouts.
Twin Elm Gardens is dedicated to providing healthy natural foods to people in the greater Green Bay area. It is our goal to produce chemical free food in harmony with Mother Nature.
